Program Notice: 2022 California Arrearage Payment Program Notice No. 03-R

The Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) has released 2022 CAPP Program Notice No. 03-R, which contains updated information and guidance regarding the implementation of the 2022 California Arrearage Payment Program (2022 CAPP).

2022 CAPP Program Notice No. 03-R advises state Energy Utilities on a change to the 2022 CAPP Data Transfer Rules (DTRs). The specific change to the DTRs now requires that all dollar values contained within the 2022 CAPP Application electronic data file (.CSV file) be stated as cents or rounded to two decimal places.
