​​Program Notice: California Arrearage Payment Program​ Notice 2021-03-R2

The Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) has released CAPP Program Notice 2021-03-R2, which contains updated information and guidance regarding the implementation of the newly established California Arrearage Payment Program (CAPP).

CAPP Program Notice 2021-03-R2​ notifies eligible energy utilities of changes to CAPP Utility Survey requirements outlined in CAPP Program Notice 2021-02 and revised in CAPP Program Notice 2021-03 and CAPP Program Notice 2021-03R. 

Please note that this revision applies only to the Southern California Edison (SCE) investor-owned utility and Community Choice Aggregators ​that operate within the service territory of SCE.
