Program Notice: California Arrearage Payment ​​Program​ Notice 2021-03

The Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) has released CAPP Program Notice 2021-03, which contains updated information and guidance regarding the implementation of the newly established California Arrearage Payment Program (CAPP).

CAPP Program Notice 2021-03​ notifies energy utilities of changes to CAPP Utility Survey requirements outlined in CAPP Program Notice 2021-02. Based on this updated guidance, the CAPP Util​ity Survey deadline for submission has been extended to September 9, 2021.
