Program Notice: California Arrearage Payment Program Notice 2021-05
The Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) has released
CAPP Program Notice 2021-05, which contains updated information and guidance regarding the implementation of the newly established California Arrearage Payment Program (CAPP).
CAPP Program Notice 2021-05 notifies state energy utilities of the release of the CAPP Data Exchange Survey. This short Data Exchange Survey is a new survey, separate and apart from the CAPP Utility Survey issued in early August 2021.
