Request for Qualifications - Environmental Services Cultural Assessment Review for Weatherization Projects Statewide
The Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) has released a Request For Qualifications (RFQ) for Environmental Services Cultural Assessment Review for Weatherization Projects Statewide (2025-RFQ-125).
CSD administers several federally funded weatherization programs including the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), U.S. Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program (DOE WAP), and DOE WAP Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), and must follow certain environmental laws, including the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA). CSD seeks to identify a highly qualified Environmental Services Contractor to perform professional cultural resource services for residential weatherization projects throughout the State of California to support CSD's Local Service Provider Network.
The anticipated maximum amount for services under this procurement is $1,900,000 with an estimated contract term of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031.
